I was pleased with the standard junior suite I booked - it had a nice sea view, cozy bathrooms, and a balcony. the staff here were all on point, super efficient, and really amazing! 👍.

The breakfast is delicious and great with plenty of dishes. The room is generous-sized, fine comes with good storage, good bathroom, lovely view.

The staff here is excellent, helpful, and quick to respond, and the units come with an ashtray.

Good location

Extremely hard to get to with a car (traffic regulation), breakfast was very poor, working hours of the wellness are inconvenient

The hotel is quite close to the beach however, although it does not directly faces the sea. There is another tall building in between.

The hotel claims to have its own spa facilities, however it seems these facilities are operated separately and receptionist could not provide precise information about the rate and time.

The hotel has a fantastic and convenient location near the lagoon, old town center, and the beach. the rooms are modern and equipped with amenities like a safe box, mini bar, and central heating. the beds are comfortable. the poolside restaurant offers delicious food.

Excellent service, good parking availablity, cycle using is included in the room pirce as well as the use of the swimming pool. Panorama from the rooftop terrace was spectacular.

recently refurbished and exceptionally comfortable place with competent staff and stunning location in short distance to old part of town as well as to the beach. brand-new, fine room provided with balcony, really comfortable beds, for instance.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated standard room and loved the amazing central location in the historic district.

A particular challenge is the access to the pool over a steap stair case, for elderly.

The location was good.

There was a tired, staid feel to the whole place; it's resting on its laurels. The staff were helpful if you approached them but in general they were distant and did not seem to be enjoying their jobs all that much. There was limited information in the room about the hotel and its facilities. I felt it needed a Hotel Inspector like Ruth Watson to give the place a wake-up call! It's a four star hotel but was light years behind The Palce Suite in Trieste that we moved on to.

It was a very pleasant stay. Competent staff. Magnificent location in the very center of the town. the hotel was not far from the best restaurants, Trieste, the beach, promenade, market, and many really good reasonable restaurants. the atmosphere created was special.
